1. General Terms & Introduction

Welcome to League Bangla. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you and the League Bangla platform. By using our website or mobile app, you are deemed to have automatically agreed to these Terms.

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. After each update, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of the page. Registered members will be notified by email or SMS of any significant changes.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

The following requirements must be met to open an account with League Bangla:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must register using your real name, mobile number, and date of birth. Providing incorrect information may result in account termination.
• Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed and funds may be forfeited.
• Multiple accounts cannot be opened from the same mobile number or device.
• Keep your account password confidential. You must not allow anyone else to access or use your account.

After registration, we may ask you to complete an identity verification (KYC) process, which may require submitting a copy of your national ID or passport. Large withdrawals may be held until KYC is completed.

3. Bonus & Promotion Terms

League Bangla offers a variety of bonuses and promotions, each with its own specific terms. The general conditions are outlined below:

• Welcome Bonus: New members receive a bonus on their first deposit. To activate this bonus, a specified amount must be wagered (wagering requirement).
• Wagering Requirement: A wagering requirement of generally 10 to 30 times the bonus amount applies. The exact terms are stated on each bonus offer page.
• Cashback Bonus: Weekly cashback applies only to net losses from bets placed with your own deposited funds. Bets made with bonus funds do not count.
• Bonus Validity: Each bonus has a set expiry period. Bonuses not used within the validity period will be forfeited.
• Maximum Bet Limit: When betting with bonus funds, a maximum bet limit of ৳500 per bet generally applies.

4. Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on League Bangla:

• Minimum Deposit: Each deposit must be a minimum of ৳300.
• Minimum Withdrawal: Each withdrawal request must be a minimum of ৳500.
• Your Payment Method: Only payment accounts registered in your own name or personal mobile banking accounts may be used. Transactions from another person's account are not permitted.
• Withdrawal Time: Typically processed within 5–30 minutes. However, KYC verification or suspicious activity may result in additional processing time.
• Payment Methods: Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer are accepted.

Deposited funds must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be requested (rollover requirement). You cannot deposit and immediately withdraw without placing any bets.

5. Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all members placing bets on League Bangla:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except via the cashout option).
• If the odds change before a match begins and your bet has already been accepted, the original odds at the time of acceptance will apply.
• League Bangla reserves the right to void any bet accepted due to a technical error or incorrect odds.
• The maximum bet limit per event varies by market and can be viewed on the betting page.
• If a match is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, the associated bet will generally be voided and the stake refunded.
• In live betting, bets placed after the outcome has been determined due to delays or latency will not be accepted.

6. Account Suspension & Restrictions

League Bangla reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Creating multiple accounts.
• Registering with false or incomplete information.
• Bonus abuse or fraudulent activity.
• Exploiting system or platform vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Threatening or abusing other users or our staff.

You can close your account at any time by contacting support or using the self-exclusion option. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

• Your personal information is used solely for service delivery, identity verification, and legal compliance.
• Your data is never sold or shared with third parties.

9. Limitation of Liability

League Bangla does not accept liability for the following:

• Losing a bet due to internet disconnection or technical issues.
• Transaction delays or failures caused by third-party payment providers.
• Account damage resulting from unauthorized access (where the password was compromised due to the user's own negligence).
• Loss of benefits due to unexpected technical errors.

However, if a loss is directly caused by a fault in our system, we will investigate and take appropriate action.
